Signing in uses your registered email address and password on a secure device. Two-factor authentication can be enabled from the security settings to add a one-time code from an authenticator app or email at each new-device login. A masked device list shows the last five successful sign-ins.

Signing in securely

Use the email address and password chosen at registration to access your BetScore account. Enter them only on the official sign-in page and check that you are using your usual secure connection. Choose a unique password that is not reused for email, banking or other gaming accounts. A password manager can help create and store a long, individual password without writing it down in an unsafe place.

Two-factor authentication adds a second check to account access and is particularly important before a first withdrawal. Ongoing account security

Sign out on shared devices and do not save a password in a public browser. Check the account transaction history regularly, particularly after a deposit, bonus activation or withdrawal. Account access is for the registered adult only; sharing credentials, opening duplicate accounts or using another person's payment method can lead to restrictions while the account is reviewed.

Setting up two-factor authentication

Open the security tab in the account area, choose either an authenticator app or email one-time code, scan the QR code or confirm the email and save the recovery codes offline. Two-factor authentication is optional but recommended for accounts that hold a positive balance.

Resetting a forgotten password

The password reset link is sent to the registered email address and expires after 30 minutes. If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder before requesting a second link, since two active links can invalidate one another.

Device list and session control

The security tab shows the last five successful sign-ins with browser, operating system, approximate location and timestamp. If a session looks unfamiliar you can revoke it and force a new sign-in on that device.

Changing the registered email

Requests to change the registered email require confirmation on both the old and the new mailbox and, for a fully verified account, a short review by our support team. Sign-in is briefly paused until the new email is confirmed.

Reporting suspicious activity

If you receive a sign-in notification you do not recognise, change the password immediately from the security tab, enable two-factor authentication if it is not already on, and contact live chat with the timestamp shown in the notification email.

Supported browsers

The login form is tested on the last three major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, on desktop and mobile. Legacy browsers may block the security cookie set at sign-in and prevent completion of the form.

Session cookies

A session cookie is set at successful sign-in and stays valid until you sign out or the session expires after 24 hours of inactivity. The cookie is scoped to the BetScore domain and is not shared with third-party services.

Two-factor recovery codes

When you enable two-factor authentication, ten single-use recovery codes are generated. Save them offline in a secure place. Each code can be used once and replaces the second factor if the authenticator app or the recovery email is not accessible.

Trusted devices

A device can be marked as trusted after a successful sign-in with two-factor authentication. Trusted devices skip the second-factor step for 30 days for the same browser profile. The trusted-device list is visible in security settings and any entry can be removed manually, which forces a fresh two-factor challenge on the next sign-in from that browser.

Language and region preference

The language shown after sign-in follows the preference on the account rather than the browser locale, so a reader arriving from an Italian browser will still land in the language selected inside the account. The region setting controls the currency displayed in the cashier and the sportsbook odds format, both of which can be changed from the profile menu.
